Brandy was a beautiful young lady with a bright future in front of her, she had a great job with the county of Pinellas, had a home, and wonderful sweet little girl. Harold my husband was like a dad to her and she kept in contact continullaly, till she died. That was when we didn't hear from her and started searching and found out she had died from an accidental overdose. We are not sure which drugs except they were perscription. It broke our hearts and yes we loved her and cried so that is why we want to honor her life and that she didn't die for nothing. That this may help others that are facing children on drugs. Harold had tried to encourage to stay on a good path as he cared for her like a daughter and I got to meet her also and she was so sweet. We miss you so much Brandy and love you so much! Obit: ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. Brandy Nichole Morgan-Welborn, 31, of St. Petersburg, Fla., and formerly of Hot Springs, Ark., died Feb. 23, 2011. She was born Sept. 3, 1979, in Hot Springs. Brandy attended Fountain Lake High School and studied at St. Petersburg College. Brandy was a certified water treatment operator, employed by Pinellas County Utilities, and was of the Christian faith.
