Rob loved his 2 sons, Robbie, Jr. & Ben. He loved being adventurous, sharing experiences with the boys like fishing, hiking, whatever they could do together. His love of music & gift for writing led him to pursue a career in journalism, hoping to write for a music magazine. He was 3 months shy of obtaining his degree, when he chose to try heroin and overdosed. Robbie Jr. accepted his degree posthumously at the graduation. His college classmates created a memorial award in his name for students who show a love for debate, as Rob so loved being on the debate team. He took 2ND place on his 1st debate, & won his 2nd, earning an inscribed gavel. He had an awesome sense of humor, a brilliant mind, & is so loved & missed by his family. He struggled with bipolar depression daily but he had so many friends who love & miss him too. His favorite line was "It is what it is". We love you, Rob!
